R&S recently completed their largest project to date for ACH Care Homes – the eighteen and a half thousand square feet project in Farnborough, Hampshire, was completed inside nine months, leading to high praise from the Chairman of ACH, a leading care home provider for adults with learning difficulties.
Due to a change of government legislation, ACH were required to re-register all of their care homes prior to October 2010. Missing the deadline would have meant serious repercussions. Our team understood this pressure and succeeded in bringing forward the completion date by several weeks in order to meet the deadline. As Roger Mahoney says:
“To work with a contractor that can not only complete a job on budget and on - if not before - time is valuable enough but to work with one who understands the rigours and problems of a care provider with so much empathy and understanding must surely be unique”.
