R&S gain three key ISO Accreditations

- BS EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standard
- BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
- BS EN ISOSAS 18001:2007 Safety Management System
Gaining a trio of ISO Accreditations not only highlights R&S Projects’ commitment to providing clients with the highest standards but also illustrates their desire to manage the environmental impact of the work they undertake in all areas of the business.
R&S already have a reputation for excellence with a substantial Health and Safety Policy and Internal Audit system that rewards outstanding sites with the R&S Health and Safety Award. However, the benefits of gaining the ISO Accreditations in Quality Management and Safety Management System ensures that R&S are monitored against nationally recognised standards and incorporate systems to ensure compliance, giving clients confidence and clear expectations.
Jason Rayner, MD says:
‘We are continually looking for ways to demonstrate to our clients our commitment to standards and the ISO Accreditations is a great way of formalising our processes.
I’m also a great believer in talking to clients, as many will testify! I believe you can learn something from every job and the ISO 9001 will be able to expand our feedback systems to include not only satisfaction surveys from clients but from subcontractors too.’
Contracts Manager, Dayle Bayliss has been coordinating the teams from The South West Office, the Head Office in East Anglia and all the current projects:
‘A big thank you to everyone who has worked hard to ensure our assessment was a success. We realise that this is an on-going process that will involve annual audits and the potential introduction of new systems but we are lucky to have a dedicated group of people at R&S who recognise the importance of being able to demonstrate our high standards.’
