R&S Proud to be involved in a large Community Scheme

R&S Projects is currently undertaking a 1.4m refurbishment of a youth centre, a joint venture between Bath and North East Somerset Council, partially funded by The National Lottery. Since its inception The Lottery have had constant input, from feasibility to the current construction stage. The project began in August 2010 and the Lottery Team were able to view the dedication and hard work of the R&S team first hand during a site visit on January 17th 2011.

R&S Projects Management Ltd MD, Jason Rayner, says

‘This is a complex 36 week project with many diverse challenges – it has a unique pre-cast concrete structure requiring comprehensive alterations – and we are delighted to have been able to showcase our progress to the project team from the Lottery, for what will be a scheme that will benefit the whole community’
