Construction Director appointed at R&S Projects
The growth of RSPM over the last year has led to the appointment of a Construction Director to manage the relationship with clients and oversee projects on site, whilst maintaining the link between site and office activities. Dayle Bayliss was previously the Contracts Manager at R&S and has a background in both the private and public sector, working on high profile listed buildings and lecturing on construction conservation. She has recently overseen the successful completion of BANES Southside Youth Centre and a ten bedroom mental health unit conversion for ACH in Worthing. Her role now encompasses not only working directly with clients, the construction teams and the office administration but also involves developing new business for the company.
