R&S Support Services Division Focus on DDA Works
Construction Company R&S Projects operate within Healthcare, Education and Leisure. Their history of creating new builds, extensions and refurbishments for Mental Health, Residential Care, Assisted Living Homes and Youth Centres has led to their Support Services Division using this extensive expertise to provide a wide range of DDA works for the public, private and domestic sector.
R&S have an impressive track record in keeping the needs of the end user in mind and this is at the heart of much of their success, whether planning the installation of multiple Wet Rooms, Toilet Facilities, Aids and Adaptions to meet the DDA requirements at the beginning of a large scale project or converting existing facilities for a domestic client. Their Occupied Works Policy also ensures that they are able to offer a retrofitting service for clients, keeping disruption for the service users at a minimum.
Jason Rayner, Managing Director of R&S says,
“We have found that clients are looking to extend their independence for as long as possible and see investing in a wet room and adapting their access and facilities a way of maintaining their quality of life. For Local Authorities it is a cost effective option when considering care requirements. Our expertise in this area mean that we are always up to date with the latest requirements and new products coming on to the market."
