R & S Planned Maintenance was set up in response to an identified need from our clients, after the completion of a project, looking for a qualified and experienced contractor with an understanding of the industry.
We find that it's beneficial in terms of cost and quality for a Care provider to contract-out it's planned maintenance needs externally, with the added-value of using a contractor with a working knowledge of the building, and the needs of Service Users and staff alike.
For a fixed and agreed rate, we commit to carry out all specified periodic maintenance and repairs required to keep your unit fully functioning, removing the need for providers to source and find a separate or new contractor.
