“I am pleased to recommend R & S as a construction company who not only complete their assignments on time and on budget but also are able to consider the specific needs of the commissioning company. R & S have completed sixteen of our projects refurbishing care homes for adults with learning difficulties to the highest standards. Some of the projects however have not been straightforward and required extensive refurbishment work to be carried out while service users were in residence. This is a sensitive issue as many of our client group are profoundly disabled and struggle with loud noises, strangers in their midst and disruption to their routine. R & S successfully overcame this by demonstrating extreme patience, sensitivity and consideration at all times.
