• Health and Safety
  We take our Health & Safety responsibilities seriously. We employ an in-house Health & Safety Officer, and also retain an independent inspectorate and advisory service. This ensures that all the work we do is carried out with the minimum of risk to the Health & Safety of our workers and clients, as well as complying with current legislation. Our H&S team arrange site visits unannounced, and provide us with a report on the practices they observe, as well as giving us a high level of professional expertise to guide us with our own H&S policies and training. • Regular Testimonial
  In 2003 the Commission for Social Care Inspection (formerly the National Care Standards Commission) recommended to both the Department of Health and the Commission for Valuing People that the standard of work at Thors Farm and Yew Trees Care Homes (St Luke’s Hospital Group Projects) be considered Sites of Excellence.

• Exor Accreditation
  We are proud to say that we recently attained Gold Accreditation from Exor Management Services. Exor is a procurement and compliance services organisation providing enhanced links to supply chain and procurement process in both public and private sectors of industry. This accreditation is further verification of R&S Project Management’s commitment to quality.

• R&S Code of Conduct
  R&S Projects operate by our own Code of Conduct. Our Sub-contractors are expected to abide by this code when working on projects commissioned by us. Please contact us for a full description of how or Code is applied before, during at completion of a project.
